Subconscious Distortions

A lot of your pain, confusion and frustration in life are held in place by frozen emotional distortions that come up when you are stressed. Without a strategy that transforms subconscious distortions at the level of embodiment, you are not integrating any new emotional circuitry. Why? Because the distortions are not logical or conscious, but nonetheless powerful. We can side-line stuck distortion by working with the power of embodiment to over-ride your memorized beliefs and patterns that have been getting in your way, so you can make room for new circuitry.

Somatic Experiencing

Where does change and confidence come from? In the alchemy space that I hold with clients, we use somatic experiencing to create an opening to help you find new perspectives so that you can liberate hidden core aspects of yourself. It is not your logical brain that will ever hold that fire for you. Rather, it’s only powerful somato-emotional experiences that can reawaken the signaling of soul impulses. Somatic Experiencing opens up the raw energy that is necessary for creating something new and assimilating it into your life. In this class you will have the opportunity to hang out with deep signaling as it comes up to be engaged and integrated.
